    Universal Genève Medico-Compax

    Mauricio's view

In my opinion this very rare and particular watch highlights the elegant design of the shape of the "Decò" cases, Universal Geneve, with particular movable lugs in 18 kt gold, polished, satin and oversized with a diameter of 37 mm. A real rarity in the production of prestigious watches in the 1940s. It features a beautiful "Medico Compax" dial, with two counters with gold applied "Arab" indexes and leaf hands. The external Pulse Measurement Scale was used by doctors to calculate the pulse of the heart. Chronographs like this are very rare and sought after by collectors, produced in only few copies at the time, making this wonderful object a real jewel in the history of world watchmaking.
